I asked for any kind of number to discuss this experience with a real person, since I have repeatedly received zero contact when representatives told me someone would be in touch. I was told there was no one else I could speak with on the phone after asking for any contact number for returns/exchanges, billing, customer service, etc. But I could EMAIL them with my concerns. So there is literally no way for a human to speak to a human to discuss significant customer service and experience issues? No supervisor to escalate an issue to? After this, I emailed their service email address and received an automated email response that 'this inbox is not actively monitored'…. I cannot make this up. THEY HAVE YOU EMAIL AN INBOX THAT NO ONE MONITORS????? This is a huge red flag to me as a consumer that a company does not actually care if there are glaring issues with a process, especially one that impacts someone's ability to function at work and daily life like eyeglasses. I will absolutely not be using their services in the future and will discourage those I know to also avoid GlassesUSA, where previously I had nothing but positive experiences to share about the ease of use and ordering through them."
