I called them on Day 11 to demand a shipping refund because these glasses were STILL 6 days out on delivery, meaning I was looking at Day 17 at the earliest. It's now Day 19, and guess what? Still no glasses! This company is just terrible, terrible, terrible, and it’s clear they don’t give a crap about their customers. This whole ordeal pushed me to call customer service, hoping for some answers and a resolution to this absolute mess.
Customer: I need to know what's going on with my order, #12345. I placed it on March 30th, paid for express shipping, and it's now Day 19, and I still don't have my glasses.
